About me
I know exactly what it feels like to face the overwhelming shock of your first professional software engineering role. After years of writing code to pass university grading rubrics, entering a massive, multi-million-line enterprise codebase completely changed the rules of the game for me. I built this platform—and authored The First Year SDLC Blueprint—to give ambitious junior developers the exact non-technical roadmap I desperately needed when I started. Today, I focus on helping the next generation of engineers master disciplined branching workflows, pre-PR automated testing guardrails, and the professional communication skills required to bridge the gap from junior to mid-level faster.
“Your code will be there in the codebase for years to come. There is no need to make it more complex than it needs to be and you probably will have to revisit it later to change it. Other developers may have to look at it long after you’ve moved to your next project in the same organization or not.”
